The Spring Mat is a flippable pocket-sprung nursery mattress that grows with your child. 

Sandwiched between sheets of organic lambswool and coconut coir are two distinct layers of support. A layer of springs provides the firm bounce you’d expect from a grown-up mattress while flipping the mattress brings to light a sheet of natural latex foam for softer support. 

The Spring Mat is made from everything you’d expect of a Naturalmat Baby mattress, with the addition of miniature pocket springs nested in cotton pockets - delivering all the benefits of natural fibers with the feel of a pocket-sprung mattress. Start your child with the firmer pocket-sprung side facing up, and once they’re a little older, simply flip the mattress to reveal a softer latex foam side.

The Spring Mat features a quilted cover made from a blend of wool & cotton - woven tightly in such a way that the covers are naturally fireproof, with no need for synthetic FR treatment. Likewise, the covers are finished with an all-natural geraniol treatment - making them bed-bug and dust-mite resistant, perfect for children with allergies.
