Here’s how it’s done: a core of organic coir is the foundation of this mattress, providing firmness and unmatched breathability. Flanking the core are layers of bouncy natural latex for springiness, and thick lashings of moisture-wicking, temperature-regulating cotton fibre.
Made with older children in mind (hence the name), thel Teen Natura mattress is the perfect next step in your little one's sleeping career, as they grow and require more support. It sits between the baby mattresses and Naturalmat's full-size adult mattresses as a better value but still wonderfully comfortable option.
Like all of Naturalmat mattresses, the Teen Natural is free of chemicals and plastics and is superbly breathable - naturally. Layers of coconut coir and natural latex (tapped from the hevea tree) provide firmness and breathability, while thick sheets of cotton fibre wick away moisture and regulate their temperature to ensure a great night’s sleep, every night.
The Teen Natural is encased in a natural cotton cover, woven so tightly that the cover is naturally fireproof with no need for synthetic FR treatment. Likewise, the covers are finished with GREENFIRST® - an all-natural treatment made from eucalyptus, lavender, and lemon extract - making them bed-bug and dust-mite resistant, perfect for children with allergies.
For additional maintenance and hygiene, we recommend using the mattress protector, sold separately.
