Who are Mothers2Mothers?
M2M provides health care to families in sub-Saharan Africa by employing local women as community health care workers. Blue Almonds' founder Izabela is an ambassador for this great charity and is dedicated, alongside Blue Almonds, to raising money for and awareness of this amazing initiative.
Well-known patrons of the charity include Annie Lennox and Salma Hayek Pinault, amongst many other talented and dedicated women who all help amplify the important work that M2M are doing.

How are Blue Almonds involved?
Mothers2Mothers approached Blue Almonds’ founder/owner Izabela Minkiewicz and nominated her as an ambassador to help raise awareness for their amazing cause. Izabela feels that M2M fits really well with Blue Almonds’ ethos of improving the lives of mothers and their children, and of leaving the world a better place for our children to grow up in.
Izabela said “It’s an honour to be seen as someone who can help and a great honour to be part of it. We are a small business but we hope that the ripple effect will help generate a real positive effect for the charity”
We plan on raising money through the shop and offer the shop as an event space and platform to spread awareness.
What is our target?
We hope that each year, Blue Almonds can support and enable a ‘Mentor Mother’ to carry out her important and life-changing community work, as well as spread awareness of the charity.Our target for the next twelve months is £2,000
