Refund Policy

If you are not entirely happy with goods purchased, you may return the products within 14 working days of receipt of the items. Under the UK Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund for any item purchased from Blue Almonds Ltd.

If you wish to return an item, please follow our returns procedure below. You must email to info@bluealmonds.co.uk to notify us that you want to return the item, quoting your name and order reference number. All items need to be returned to the below address:

All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition within 14 working days counted from the email notification sent to us. We will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or damaged.

Items returned beyond 14 days cannot be refunded but may be exchanged at our discretion.

The items must be returned in their original boxes. Please use the DHL airway bill slip provided in your parcel. Arrange a collection from any address to have your parcel collected.
Note: Our Moses basket, cribs and rugs are mainly not in-stock items and are ordered individually for you. They will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Such orders will not have the return label enclosed and possible returns need to be arranged individually with Blue Almonds Ltd. Please contact info@bluealmonds.co.uk.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the return postage or any cost relating to the packaging and gift-wrapping selected at the time of the original order. There is no need for any payment for the return shipping at the point of arranging a collection.

We will deduct the total cost of postage paid for the shipping together with any other related cost from your refund, once we have received the goods back. Until goods are received back by Blue Almonds Ltd and quality checked for any shipping damage that may have occurred, the goods remain the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure that you keep a copy of the DHL airway bill slip as proof of postage when returning any items.

Once the item(s) has been approved for returning, we will credit the original purchaser's card for the sum paid minus total postage costs within 28 days from receiving goods.

Should you wish to exchange your goods – On your first exchange Blue Almonds Ltd. will cover the cost of postage to send the exchanged good to you. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at our standard delivery rate.

We will refund your postage in full on any faulty goods returned and will not charge postage for a subsequent replacement.

If you are ordering multiple items consisting of in stock and out of stock pieces we will endeavour to deliver pieces in multiple shipments, as they are made available. We will contact you via email to discuss this on an order-by-order basis.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Personalised and bespoke products can not be returned as they were especially made for you. We can only accept a return if there is a fault or a quality problem.

Sale items are not returnable and not refundable.
