Right to cancel (online & distance purchases)
If you are not entirely happy with goods purchased online, you may return the products within 14 calendar days of receiving your items.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund for any item purchased from Blue Almonds Ltd, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by email at
info@bluealmonds.co.uk, quoting your name and order reference number.
You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Condition of returned goods
All items must be returned:

unused, unworn and unwashed
-
in their original packaging and boxes
-
in resaleable condition
We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We cannot accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used or damaged.
Items returned outside the 14-day cancellation period are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged at our discretion.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Blue Almonds Ltd.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Your refund will include:

the full price of the returned item(s)

the cost of standard outbound delivery
Enhanced delivery options (such as express or timed delivery services) are non-refundable.
Gift-wrapping, packaging upgrades and personalisation charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Special order items
Some items — including Moses baskets, cribs, furniture and rugs — are ordered from our suppliers specifically for you and may be delivered directly from the manufacturer.
These items remain covered by your statutory consumer rights unless they are personalised or made to your individual specification.
Returns for such items may need to be arranged individually. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@bluealmonds.co.uk so we can assist you.
Postage costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases, we will arrange an appropriate return solution and provide a full refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sale items
Sale items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.
In-store purchases
Items purchased in store do not have a statutory right to cancellation.
Refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases are offered at our discretion unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
