On International Women’s Day, March 8th 2024, we celebrated the essence of womanhood leaving everyone feeling empowered. Blue Almonds’ owner/founder Izabela Minkiewicz reminded us all how important it is to take time out of our busy schedules to connect with each other. This connection instills a great sense of belonging which contributes to our wellbeing and allows us to derive strength from each other.
Special guest speaker Rachael Hudson delivered a speech that really resonated, focusing on the power of our thoughts and our undeniable magnificence. Her clear and motivational message aimed to remind our guests, clients and women worldwide of their unique worth.

Empowerment Coach Rachael impressed upon us the magnificence and therefore significance of our very existence. Our ancestors and parents have all overcome enormous odds just to enable us to be here, which makes each and every one of us a phenomena. Nothing that anyone says should convince us that we are not phenomenal, extraordinary and wondrous.
Rachel described how the way that we talk to ourselves can influence our own physical and mental wellbeing and manifests in how the rest of the world reacts to us. Choosing to be magnificent every day, showing up for yourself, being committed to living in a way that meets your intentions will allow us to feel much better about ourselves at the end of each day.
Removing the limitations we have set for ourselves and allowing ourselves to discover what we are capable of allows us to grow and live up to our true potential. Practicing gratitude while not being afraid to ask for what you want are powerful tools in moving us towards a greater version of ourselves.
