We are delighted to invite applications for the next House of Blue Almonds residency — a carefully curated in-store pop-up within our Kensington boutique.
About Blue Almonds
Blue Almonds is an independent baby boutique on Walton Street, Kensington, known for its considered edit of beautifully made products for babies and young children.
Since 2007, we have worked closely with both established and emerging brands, selecting pieces that reflect our focus on quality, craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

What is House of Blue Almonds?
House of Blue Almonds is our dedicated in-store residency programme, created to discover and support emerging children’s brands.
Selected brands are invited to present their collection within our boutique for a defined residency — offering a rare opportunity to engage directly with Blue Almonds customers and experience how their products perform in a retail environment.
For brands that resonate with our customers, there is the potential to become part of the permanent Blue Almonds collection.

What Selected Brands Receive
Each selected brand will receive a carefully supported residency, including:
- A two-month in-store residency within the House of Blue Almonds
- A dedicated launch moment in-store
- Exposure across Blue Almonds’ social and email channels
- A feature on the Blue Almonds website
- Expert merchandising guidance to present your collection at its best
- A one-to-one consultation to support your brand’s growth
- A House of Blue Almonds ‘Winners’ mark for use across your channels
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for brands that demonstrate:
- A clear and considered brand identity
- Attention to detail in design and finish
- High-quality materials and thoughtful production
- A natural fit within the Blue Almonds aesthetic
We are particularly attentive to the tactile quality and finish of each piece — something best experienced in person.
How to Apply
The application process consists of two steps:
1. Submit your written application
Please complete the application form via the link below by 30th May 2026.
The form will ask for:
- An introduction to your brand
- Your product range
- Where you currently sell (including your own website and any retail partners)
- Supporting imagery
2. Submit your video introduction
After submitting your application form, please send a short video (max 2–3 minutes) via WhatsApp to:

Please include your brand name when sending your video.
Videos should be submitted within 48 hours of your application.
The video forms an important part of the process, often allowing a brand to come to life beyond the written application.
- In your video, we’d love you to briefly cover:
- The story behind your brand
- The products you would present at Blue Almonds
- What makes your brand a strong fit for our customer
- What you hope to gain from the residency
There’s no need for this to be highly produced — we’re simply interested in hearing from you directly.
Shortlisting & Product Samples
Shortlisted brands will be invited to attend an online interview with our judging panel.
As part of the selection process, shortlisted brands will also be asked to submit a product sample.
This allows us to fully appreciate the quality, materials and finish of each piece — an essential part of how we curate our store.
Key Dates
30th May 2026 — Applications close
Mid June 2026 — Sample submission deadline
1st July 2026 — Judging and online interviews
24th September 2026 (TBC) — Brand onboarding at Blue Almonds
Residency Periods
Dates are approximate and subject to slight variation
- Residency 1 — Late September to mid November 2026
- Residency 2 — Mid February to mid April 2027
- Residency 3 — Mid May to mid July 2027
Terms & Conditions
Please review the following terms carefully before applying:
- The successful applicants will be offered a residency in the House of Blue Almonds for one term lasting approximately 8 weeks
- Products will be featured in the Blue Almonds boutique on Walton Street, in e-newsletters and on social media channels
- Products will not be featured on the Blue Almonds website unless invited to become a permanent brand
- There is no rental fee for the residency space
- Products will be supplied on a sale or return basis
- Brands must adhere to Blue Almonds store presentation guidelines
- During the residency, Blue Almonds may make thoughtful adjustments to the House of Blue Almonds display — including the introduction of complementary or seasonal products — where this is considered to enhance the overall presentation and support the success of the brand.
- Brands agree to provide product training to Blue Almonds staff
- Brands must inform Blue Almonds of any planned promotions during the residency
- Brands agree to support their residency through their own channels
- Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these terms
